Hi guys,

I never done PPV for but I read a lot about it. I got an idea last night. Send PPV traffic to an opt in list, capture emails.
Bid on urls like groupon.com, targeted traffic.
Than send cpa coupon offers to your email list. I saw on my network that the Wall Mart coupon has great conversions.

Just an idea I want to share.

Yes you can do that. Bidding on big urls is a great technique. The only hard part is finding an offer that converts for broad demographics.

Sounds great - I'm sure you can be successful with your plan, but you'll really need to optimize that landing page to get opt-ins.

I'd advise against sharing the details of your campaigns. It probably won't help you to share that you plan to bid on Groupon.com and other such urls. If you come back with an update, you'll probably want to leave out specifics.

I sometimes see people coming into the forum and asking, "Will this work: I plan to do...?" The only way to know if it'll work is if you try it yourself. If you ask me and I DO think it'll work, I may try it myself, providing more competition for you.

That's why people tend to talk in generalities in this forum, leaving out important details, which sometimes frustrates beginners. I sometimes get requests to see my landing pages, or for specific info on my campaigns. You have to be careful about that; you have a responsibility to your business not to spill your secrets.

Works really well - especially with the International offers. Give it a go.
