Is My Adsense Layout Good?

I just tried to optimize my site for adsense, can you tell me if I'm doing anything wrong?

The image banner on the left is adsense. The image banner on the right is an affiliate program I've set up. Adsense is at the top and bottom of each post.

    Yes i myself did the same adsence layout in all my sites and they are converting quite well.

    I would say it looks too much like an ad.

    Try to have the same greysh background for the ads as your site and use the same color for the links (that pinkish nuance).

    The first ad position is ok, would be better if it was posted more in the content than directly below the title.

    The second ad doesn't look that great though. I would recommend the Leaderboard 728 x 90ad.
