Faizudin - It's very true. Are you an advertiser or a publisher? if you're a publisher and your fearful that you wont get in the network for lack of experience, just shoot me an email and we can discuss in detail how we can help you and get you in the network.

PPC Coach - Not to my knowledge, maybe there was something created before i came to COPEAC but as far as i know this is our first attempt at something like this. I think we've worked together in the past a few years ago (i could be wrong as well) and if you're who i think you are, i know you have a ton of knowledge to pass on so any feedback you have on how to improve this portal i would be very grateful.

Mike - Appreciate the kind words sir. I know you're a big player in the industry so any tips or advice you can pass on that will help publishers i would love to hear.

I had bad experience with Copeac in the past. Made a couple hundred of dollars but did not manage to get any payment for that.

Although the amount owed to me was rather small, I would at least expect to get a response from my then affiliate manager, Annmarie (whom I heard already left Copeac).

Never mind about the payment since I doubt you guys keep any record of earnings made in 2009 after the transition. I'd love to get back to Copeac to see what it has to offer us as affiliates and I would appreciate your help in getting my login back.

Do I need to go through the application again or can you activate my old account? Please advise.

Both actually, a vast majority of the copy inside the portal is dedicated to promoting offers through different sources and how to get started...what methods work best for different niches / offers, industry terminology, information on networking events, tools to use (keyword research is an example)....and then we tie in how our platform can help you become a more efficient publisher.

I'm assuming your account has not been migrated over to our new system. we no longer use Direct Track (thank God, no disrespect to any networks on this forum that use it still), we have our own proprietary platform and in order to move your account over, we just need some information to accurately categorize your account on the new system.

I'd be happy to get you an account on our new platform today so please shoot me an email when you have time and i will get you that account right away.

Steven has been more than helpful throughout and got me started within a couple of days. I live in Australia, so the time difference is huge, nevertheless I now have access to COPEAC. The offers look good and have nice payouts also.

COPEAC U has some great information in there which many people coming into affiliate marketing may overlook, the interface somehow reminded me of PPC-Coach. If you are intermediate like myself, it's also good to go through the COPEAC University to jog your memory of anything you may have forgotten, and there are a few good gems in there, e.g. the education statistics were helpful as I promote education offers also.

All in all, great job by Stephen.

If you have any feedback on ways to improve this and make it more meaningful and beneficial to publishers i would love to hear anything you have to say Kenster. I realize you're a busy guy but any suggestions or criticism is greatly appreciated.

DANG DUDE!!! I must say you are a very busy boy. Just wanted to publicly Thank you for all your help. You must have your phone/labtop surgically attached to your body. I have yet to send you an email that you didn't answer within minutes. Having spent 25 years in the service industry biz I want all to know that any company is only as good as its 1st service call. I have seen a thread where there was an unhappy client (and rightly so) and you handled it graciously. I hope you are rewarded handsomely for all your time and hard work. Great to work with you.

As far as the photo ID, we take the ID confirm the information and store it on a secured file for accounting purposes..i can assure keep the photo Id secure and only use it to protect our network and publishers. It's amazing how many publishers try to get into the network, then change their address from the US to a foreign country trying to defraud the network so this is a protective measure.

i would be happy to jump on a call with you, i just replied to your email from this weekend so let me know what time works best for you.

Hahaha yea sometimes I'm not able to access the forum on weekends...if the Jets are on, there is no chance....

We recently added a few articles to COPEAC U...most recently an article focused on content locking and how to get started using that method...seems to be a popular point of discussion on here so we created some content for that...

Additionally, we added an article on how to get into the daily deal site niche and which methods yield the highest ROI for that niche with suggested offers.

Next up will be a more in depth look at media buying, going into detail with day parting traffic, your first test with media buying and what to look for, how to set it up, ETC....that should be added towards the end of the week.

lastly, we're sending out weekly "teasers" if you will when a new post is added to COPEAC U. pPetty much pulling 4-5 main points from the full article, adding some suggessted offers with traffic break down and EPC's...

Below is an example of the teaser email for an article on the insurance niche:

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. We're aiming to make this the most helpful tool avaliable at any network when it comes to getting publishers introduced to new methods, niches, ETC...so if you have any ideas or suggesstions on how we can achieve that please feel free to reach out to me.

You don't have to select anything for that field, by all means feel free to put me down but that field is really for publishers that we meet at shows who speak to a specific AM and want to work with him or her once the account is approved. If you hear from other publishers that one AM is phenomenal and you'd like to work with him / her, we would take that into account when assigning the account.

Got my account reactivated after 3 days, email and back forth. 1 email per day so it's rather slow. The inside is a new interface, offer's landing pages look great, just need a little testing how they convert.

The Copeac university is basically like online learning, no forum to interact just contents.
The contents are great for newbies, they give you advise on how to promote dating niches for example. They give you demographic about the likeliness people to signup are
in which kind of demographic. Basically, they give you advices on how to promote which niches. They don't give you the exact traffic for which niches but they explain in general about many different available traffic sources.

Overall is pretty good. *thumbs up*

Irsan - You brought up a great point about the information is just floating on the site...you can always ask your AM questions about content inside of the university but if you're inside, I'm sure you don't want to jump out, send an email or IM and have to wait an hour and perhaps days if it's on a friday for a response.

So to combat that we added a live chat section inside of CU...as soon as you login to the portal, you will see a window at the top of the page and if you click it, you will have direct access to the "Dean" of COPEAC U....this is in fact a real individual and he / she is there to respond to any questions, take on any suggestions, ETC you may have...

As of right now, the live chat will be available from 9 AM - 6 PM EST but we will look to expand those hours if this tool is beneficial to our publishers.

Just a quick update and again, any ideas on how to improve this section are greatly appreciated.

You're very welcome....we actually don't have referral links...for a good amount of time we removed the application from copeac.com...we were getting close to 200 applicants a day and 60%-70% of those applicants were bots or fraud publishers so removed the option to apply to COPEAC....when we moved off of DT and began using our new platform, we left out the referral link portion when building EMT....however, we are open to the idea of referral commissions but it's not something inside of the system at this point in time....feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss in detail.

Hey Stephen,

I am already working with COPEAC, and currently sending over $1000/day to your network, however, my current AM can't get me a weekly payment. This got me very concerned as this makes COPEAC look like a small network. EWA offers weekly to each affiliate no matter what volume he can generate.

I have a feeling this AM doesn't work hard for me. I see you are very responsive to affiliates' requests. I wonder if there is anything you can do to get me a weekly, I'd be glad to request my AM change to you.

Just wanted to say a quick thank-you to Steve for his help. He got me approved and now I'm gearing up to get going and get some ads on my sites. I recommend applying and working with them if you are on the fence, customer service and response was excellent so far in my CPA journey!
