You can apply for most CPA networks without a website (although a site can make it easier), you just have to be clear about your intentions. Say exactly what you intend to do, how you promote offers, what verticals you've been working with, etc...

If you give all the necessary information on the application and call them quickly to talk to an affiliate manager and discuss your intentions, I think taht you will be able to join many good companies.

We accept publishers without a website. However, as William mentioned you must be clear on how you plan to promote our offers.

It is important how you can convert the traffic into sale.I believe there are many private networks who accept new bees without a website.Good luck.

I agree with william, with us you can also sign up without a website but just be honest about the ways you will make revenue...

CPM stands for Cost per Mille or thousand; M is the Roman numeral for thousand. This type of ad campaign is purely based on numbers, with the cost of the ad determined for 1,000 page impressions (each time the ad is shown). An advertiser using CPM ads will be quoted a guaranteed number of page impressions for the ad, and then the cost will be set based on the number. For example, if an ad site has a CPM rate of $10 and guarantees 100,000 page impressions for the ad, the cost to the advertiser will be $1,000 ($10 x 100). Publishers are paid a share of the revenue generated by the site selling the CPM ads, which is usually around 45% or $450 for 100,000 page impressions from our previous example.

CPC stands for Cost per Click. In this case, the publisher is paid each time a visitor clicks the ad being displayed, thus delivering the visitor to the advertiser’s website. No matter what action is taken at the advertiser’s website, all that matters with this cost model is that the ad was clicked. The companies that sell this type of ad also monitor the number of clicks the ad gets, preventing the publisher from artificially inflating the number of clicks to try to generate revenue. The pay rate for CPC ads ranges from a few cents to a few dollars, depending on what the advertiser has paid to have the ad displayed.

CPL, or Cost per Lead, is often used by companies that want to have visitors sign up for something, called a lead.

Cj and pepper jam maybe give offers without a website, u have to talk with them and tell them how you promote CPA offers.

Honestly, You don't really have to put a website. If you're an email marketer, just put email.com as your site but describe how you're gonna generate traffic PROPERLY.

Most networks will allow this, however you normally just need to specify and let them know how you are getting your traffic

i will suggest you visit affiliatepaying.com here all top/new/scam/big networks are listed . you can read all reviews about networks which is legit and which is scam . Join your own choice .

CJ, Clickbank, Clickbooth are some to start with but if you go to affiliatepaying.com, there is over 600 networks listed

Pretty easy to get into any network except EWA (need referral). Just tell em u drive traffic with email and banners.

You can try COPEAC.
There is a thread here on COPEAC university and I suggest you PM the OP (he is the affiliate manager of COPEAC) and he will help you to apply, even if you have no experience/site.

You can come up with Leadbolt , CPALEAD. Our network too accept affiliate with legal profile .

I tried to apply to Maxbounty but I got rejected because I did not have a website.
I accepted the challenge and created one. Now I reapplied and gave them my website plus a comic (phatspot.de)!

If that does not get me into the inner circle, NOTHING WILL!

I talked about it before. For an email campaign you don't need a website. But to make serious money which supports you for lifetime does require a rock bottom cost to be incurred.

The registration is also not that bad. A single page registration of As Seen on PC Network didn't gave me any issues. You can try out your luck as well.
