Recommended place for media buying?

Hi,

I was planning to do CPA through media buying, is there any reliable and recommended place to do so? I don't have big budget for this, so looking for some source from where a noob can start media buying.

Thanks in advance

You can start with ad platforms like BuySellAds, BlogAds and AdBrite. Also consider Google Content Network. When you find some good placements try to set direct deals and cut down on the platforms.

You can also start with direct deals right from the beginning using tools like Quantcast and Google AdPlanner, but if you don't have a good budget it can be a bad idea.

Can you explain "good budget"? What should be the minimum budget to test media buying?

      Regards

It's going to vary depending on the source...if you're looking to run on highly competitive ad-networks like Pulse360 and Ad-Blade i would say $1 - $3k for testing purposes...These placements are usually dominated by continuity offers and in order to get solid placements you'll need a decent amount of cash. If you're not looking to spend that much for testing purposes, you can test other sources and get away with spending $100 - $500 for testing purposes...

I'm sure others on this forum can give you more precise amounts.

Best of luck if and when you decide to test.

Hey check out PPC.bz as they just did a guest post on media buying from Max with a killer monitoring tool WhatRunsWhere

All good suggestions above. Just pick one and study up till you know what your doing before playing around with too many traffic sources.
