  Yes most CPA networks will require phone verification just to ensure your application is not fraudulent, don't worry about it, just be open and honest and let them know how you intend to make money for them. Simple.

  We have a ton of email submit offers and we can get about any email submit offer you need. We work direct with advertisers that have been in the email submit space for over a decade.
  
  We do a phone interview for applicants. Just about any "good" network nowadays does. There are exceptions such as Peerfly (I think EWA normally does) but any other network besides those I would be skeptical if they don't call you. I could go on and on about the reasons why but I would end up writing 4 paragraphs and this isn't the thread for it.

  Paid traffic: PPC, PPV, Facebook ads, POF, Media buying etc.
  
  Free traffic: SEO, Article writing, Youtube, CL (a little bh) etc.
