What Are Some "Outside The Box" CPA Strategies

I'm new to CPA and I was wondering what some of the more obscure (or not so obscure) methods for making money with these programs are.

      I'm only just getting into CPA.

      This is stating the obvious, but the key from what I can see is to drive large, cheap volumes of traffic towards your offers.

      OK, so that's not "out of the box" at this stage, but...

      If the offer is 'framed' correctly then the traffic doesn't have to be targeted.

      For example - a quick look on Google trends right now, tells me that lots of people are searching for 'school' related content.

      "metro nashville public schools" in terms of PPC is probably going to be pretty cheap but may get a lot of searches.

      So, if I could just find a CPA offer which was even slightly relevant - say a store discount/voucher card which parents could use for school clothing.

      Go for the offers where they only need an email address (ie. low risk for the customer), and you will get pretty high conversion rates.
