Facebook Apps Offers

I'm trying to find some Facebook apps offers, no matter what kind.

I tried looking at Offervault but it seems I'm unable to sort it out. Seems like EWA does have some of those, but not sure if I am allowed to apply there.

Obviously Facebook should allow direct linking from these networks(eg. they won't allow direct linking from Maxbounty).

I noticed a few offers from networks I don't know anything about such as Brain Leads, CPAPath, Aff.CashPile, Profit Kings Media, etc.

Please advise if you have any experience and can recommend a good network with Facebook App Install offers.
