Incentivized Offers and Repeat Visitors

So I am just getting into doing some CPA marketing. I have made some dough doing affiliate marketing, but most of my income recently is from offline consulting.

I have what I think is a pretty interesting idea that does not seem to be available at the moment. The idea is to offer content that the user will have to complete an offer (content locker) in order to get access to the data. This is pretty straight forward. My content will be EXTREMELY dynamic, in that the data will be obsolete within 24 hours, so new content will be replaced on the order of 1-2 times per day.

So my question is, how would this work with some of the current content locker providers? I could potentially have the same users coming back literally on a daily basis.

Would this create a problem with the networks?
Are there enough offers available to serve a different offer to returning visitors?

I am sure that I can get this info from the individual networks, yet I do not want to apply to a ton of them only to find out that my returning visitors are not valuable to me, or might even jeopardize my account status.

Any other ideas for monetizing? This info would be valuable enough for a visitor to do a zip or email submit, or maybe even a free trial, but probably not valuable enough for them to pay a fee for a membership site. My info is available for free, fragmented throughout the web, but I will consolidate it so they can get it all from a single point and save a ton of time.

Thanks for any assistance.

I spoke to our IT team about this because i was curious myself...this is what i got for you in terms of the issue with repeat visitors hitting your site daily and potentially filling out the same offer from the same IP on a daily basis.

This will depend on the content locking script you're using but there is a way for the scrip to recognize if a cookie has been dropped onto that users computer...you can either have it in place where if the user hits the site again, the cookie is already dropped and they would be by-pass the content locker...

Or you could setup 2-3 sets of different offers that are displayed to the user, technically you can include something like: Visitor A --> 1st Set of offers (if they have already seen these a False statement would be generated and that second set would then display)...

Wish i had more technical information to pass on but feel free to email me if you'd like more specifics and i can request some information from my IT team.

Thanks for that bit of info Steve. I have seen that a few of the content locker services allow the user to choose an offer. I will see if there is any tracking either via IP or a cookie to eliminate duplicate submits.

It seems to me it would be easy to do cookie checking. Maybe expire the cookie after a week, and if it exists, let the user in to the content, so they could return during that time without entering an offer. I could then rotate my offers weekly to eliminate duplicate submits, except potential users that may clear their cookies.

      Thanks again! Will keep digging.

The majority of cpa networks that work with incentivized offers have this issue in consideration, since the offers allow incentives you can have the same user coming back more than once a day, so there is a real and recognized need to rotate offers for the same IP address. Srpoints.com and cpalead.com do it pretty well, and I think leadbolt, blamads and others do it as well.

you can also pay an outsourcer to make you a script that detects the IP and show a new set of offers for a returning member. But I still think that for this matter, the system the cpa network has in place is way better, since they not only detect the returning IP but also returning "already converted" IPs

Javier, Thanks for the input. I was hoping that is the way it would work. I have narrowed it down to 3-4 networks that I will contact to see if I am in the right ballpark.
