Please give me a quick explanation

Hi guys,

I received an email from one of my account managers asking like this:

"How did (offer A) and (offer B) backing out for you?" I'm still promoting them...

I really couldn't get what does it mean...

Who can help me out, please?

Are you sure that's what your AM said? That sentence makes no sense

They are just asking if the offers are working out for you and if they are profitable

ChrisBa is correct. "Backing out" is equivalent to "test results" after you run your campaign for a day or two.

If you're not sure, always, ask for clarification.
