I want to try some CPA. Are there any that will approve a newbie like me???

  Like CPALead's gateway content locker? Adscendmedia and Leadbolt are the only ones I know with content locker, but I'm not sure for the others because I haven't been active with some of them.

  Content-locking isn't necessarily the standard model (some may argue with that) but it's certainly a giant aspect of CPA. Perfect for you if you're featuring some really good content.
  
  Most of the time, approval is dependent on how proactive you are in contacting the network and discussing your strategies. Just hit up their contact info and talk some shop.

  There have many network performing very well. Among them I like BLAM Ads most. They are reliable and many people are making very good amount of money every month using this network.

You don't have to worry about signing up on CPA networks.
Just be honest to them and after signing up, give them a call.
Peerfly, Maxbounty, Fluxads, Loudmo,etc are some of the CPA networks you can easily sign up with.

I have had good luck in my small experiments with Neverblue and Azoogle.

Any CPA net is fairly easy to get into, even as a newb. The key is to sign up and then call them before they call you. "I'm going to be away from my phone." and get them to approve you on the spot. The ONLY net that rejected me was Hydra.

I use maxbounty which has just started paying weekly which is great! But i think its kind of hard to get approved although i was approved in one day.
