There are plenty of networks that have those types of submits. Probably 95% of them. Just go to the list stickied at the top of the forum and check out which ones you like.

Some great networks that have those types of offers are Max Bounty, Wolf Storm Media, and PeerFly.

That might be difficult.

The companies that have the best reputations often call their publishers to verify that they are worthy of getting into the network. If just anyone was allowed in, the networks would crumble.
The networks that don't have to call you may be the most dependable networks. In which case, you may have issues with getting paid from them, and other similar issues.

I suggest if you can, have the ability to accept a phonecall. This can pretty much dictate if you get into a reputable network or not.

It definitely can't hurt to ask them that - just speak to an affiliate manager via e-mail and say that you don't have any access to a phone at this time, but you could willingly have a conversation on Skype.

Peerfly is one of the best CPA Networks today, yet it accepts some people without calling them. If you can fill the fields with good/enough information during the registration process, there are chances you won't get called by anyone.

Yep, they never called me.

So far the company that has taken the longest was Wolfstorm. Even Neverblue was pretty good. I must say, Maxbounty is just an awesome network to work with. Payments weekly and on time.

Hello, I read a lot about CPA. Have read many books etc and now have some money to invest. Want to step into CPA. I thought the best way was to already buy a CPA site making money. I bought one with a free laptop and zip submit offer which is already making 300$ a month from social media traffic basically from twitter. With the site in my position now just have to change the link to my affiliate code. Everything is set but when I applied to peerfly I got denied. Any Help Guys would be appreciated. The site is already earning guys which I have mentioned in my application ( the url i mean ) . Please take a look at this

I have even followed with the second step of writing to Mr. charlie of the accounts approval department but I didnt receive any reply. I didnt even get any phone call before getting my application denied.

The question is really which nw's offering email submtis will not shave you to death...I have run a few where i have had great conversions on one NW and ZILCH on another. Same offers and traffic source. Unbelievable. Generally the bigger NW's are better. But that's only general. I do not know what goes on here if it is the NW or the advertiser but without a doubt some NW's you will see much better conversions than others.

With any reliable network a phone call will have to be made to protect the network and the affiliate, whether the call is made through Skype or not. If a network is ok with accepting you just based on a Skype (typed) chat. I would be weary of how much you can trust them in the same way a network is weary of you because you are unable to have a telephone conversation with them. Transparency is key.
