Any Neverblue Users?

I love neverblue, it seems to have the best offers, but today I am running to a problem. I want to see if anyone else is having a similar problem...or if they know how I can get this fixed.

When I use my affiliate url for my product, the wrong product is coming up. For example, on my search marketing campaign for online dating products, when I give them the url provided by neverblue, it is sending the customers to a "webfetti" product which is some kind of layout or template package.

This is costing me a lot of leads and money, obviously, because my ad is aimed at layouts or templates. I can't get in touch with my affiliate manager.

Any questions, comments, ideas? Thanks a lot.

    I know exactly what your problem is.

    The offer you are running is for a certain country only (most likely USA or UK). So if you send users to this offer who are NOT from the country that the offer is aimed at then the user is redirected to an offer that is for that persons country.

    For example:

    You are promoting: UK Online Dating that is aimed at UK people only and will only accept UK traffic.

    If someone outside the UK (including yourself if you are outside the UK) clicks the affiliate link then they are sent to another offer that is available in their country.

    If you want to check the landing page of a offer click the 'Preview' button on the offer page and that will send you direct to the offer landing page.

    If that's not the issue then the only other thing it could be is that the offer is no longer active so all clicks are sent to another offer.

          Yep. If the offer is for Canada traffic then as long as the person is from Canada they will go to the proper landing page. (and like I said before you can click the preview button to check out the landing page for yourself)

          I believe that NeverBlue affiliate links track the IP address of the person that clicks the link. From that they know what country the person is in.

    Ya, with neverblue.com the webfedi thing is the main redirect website for all there offers. If the offer is not valid in a state or country and somebody from that place tries to view your offer..... They see webfeddi. Its really funny when you actually get convertions on webfeddi when that happends! I have ad a few .10 convertions from webfeddi!!
