Will CPA convert for product based sites?

I haven't done any CPA stuff so I'm looking for some suggestions.

I have few AdSense sites, mainly related to home improvement physical products.

1. In general, are there any good CPA offers for for these niches?
2. From your experience, do you get better earnings by replacing or complementing AdSense with CPA?
3. What are the best CPA networks for home improvement sites?

Thanks.

I would recommend that your couple your AdSense with CPA offers as long as it falls within the TOS. If you offer any eBooks, PDF's,Tutorials you could benefit from using content locking. The best part about CPA networks, is that when you join you will be assigned an Affiliate Manager that will get you the offers you need to succeed!

For your website at the top of my head I can select auto insurance offers, remodeling quotes and such. Just have some custom graphics which will be in tune with your audience. You find that a person coming to your site might have such interests. Why settle for AdCents when you can make $$?That's my two cents.

If you're interested in CPA stuff, head over to offervault and browse the many, many CPA offers they have listed. Watch for offers that are related to your niche and apply to the network that offers the best payout on those offers. Just make sure you research the network a little bit first to make sure they're respectable. Once you've joined the network, get your affiliate manager to help you out with the initial learning curve. Good luck!

There are normally ways to integrate non specific CPA offers to most niches.

For example, I used to twist the Netflix CPA offer to monetize virtually every niche on the planet. Just need to think creatively about the offers!

There are lots of offers in that niche, but you would really need to be more specific - weight loss, wrinkle reduction, gain muscle, etc, etc

I haven't had good luck so far with CPA. I have a few life/health insurance sites that get some ok traffic and clicks to the cpa offers, but no commissions for completing any quotes yet :-(

Why not simply approach local firms and sell them leads from the sites or lease the sites to a contractor in that niche?

Maybe you have tried that but I just see that as generally more lucrative than CPA or adsense, in general.

        Good Luck,

Offline lead generation is super lucrative. The only downside is the geo restraints that many niches have. For example, if you are getting leads for a dentist, then you really need leads in a very specific location.

But for more broad niches, it's certainly something worth testing against straight CPA or adsense, etc

Offline Lead Generation is lucrative, but in my experience and a lot of professional it limits you to a certain area...which can be another benefit because you have very little competition.

Personally, I would rather take on the competition because once you make it the money is far superior.

Crank up those adsense site and stick with it....if you want to cross promote with CPA try building a list on those pages and do it that way.
