I have started a new website for free giveaways about 3 weeks ago and decided to let SEO take care of it and monetized it with some CPA campaigns for free products email/zip submit, And today I got my first conversion $1.40 from an Apple product campaign.
The traffic still way low, about 25 visitors per day in average.
Here is what I did and my budget:
I have managed to get this website up and running with less than $100.
1- I made my research in free giveaways keywords and got some keywords with about 100 searches per day ( Google ) and less than 80.000 competitors. ( Free version of market samurai ).
2- Bought a .com domain name for 3 years. ( About $30 )
3- Created about 10 youtube videos about the campaigns I am running on my website.
4- Submitted about 10 articles to 3 article directories.
5- Created about 20 articles with unique content, SEO optimized for my keywords and placed on my website.
I know that my CPA network are scrubbing my campaigns like hell:
But an EPC with 0.07 is kind fair.
What I want to say is: If you have a tiny budget or no budget at all You still can do it.

The site is rising fast and doing well with a CTR of 1.09%
CTR calculated as CTR = Clicks * 100 / Ad impressions
