Huge potential for cpa incentive offers, suggestions or JV?

I was using non-incentivized cpa offers (no specific niche) and making $200+ a day, in return the user would be entered into a playstation 3 video game ($20-$80 value).
I was looping the cpa link through my server so they cpa network would not see the original referrer and I would take the user's name along through the offer so that the postback would then put them into my database.
However it seems as though the cpa networks I use have caught on to this.

I started up another offer yesterday and made country redirects and here were the results for about 3hrs (I removed the offer link because I was getting no conversions and no postbacks).
