Ok, I'm beginning to understand that FB and Adwords doesn't care for CPA ads. So, what are some solid ppc options for us who want to promote cpa ads? Thanks in advance for any help.

These are some good alternatives: adcenter, 7search, adsonar, plus360, adbrite.

These are all good options, Adwords works but is increasingly difficult and requires a lot of leg work. Facebook works as well, and while over time they get more strict, there is still a lot to be done there, they still allow direct linking, etc. There are certain things that work well there and certain things still that can get you banned (i.e. direct link e-mail/zip submits, rebills, mobile offers). But there is a lot that still works phenominally well there.

So, you've had a lot of success with Adbrite? Have you been using them for a long time with no issues?

    FB and AdWords are solid.

Other options are Microsoft AdCenter, PoF, AdSide, AdSonar, AdBlade, AdShuffle, etc...

Although I'm just getting started with CPA, I would agree that Adwords, Facebook, adCenter and Adsonar are quality traffic sources. The advertising policies are getting stricter though. Adsonar is the only one that I've tried where I haven't had editorial issues yet.

I haven't tried PoF, AdSide, AdBlade or AdShuffle yet. I think PoF is next on my list.

Adwords is best, and please stay away from bidvertiser. I have very bad experience with them.
