Do you like your AMs?

I hear people talking about their AMs a lot. Some of them call them everyday, some of them hardly call them. Which type would you prefer? What exact characters in them do you like? I am an AM, and I hope I can improve myself and I know I can never be perfect. So any advice would be appreciated.

    If I don't like my AM's I don't send them traffic and ask for a new one.. I don't want ones that will bug me, but I want ones that will help me when needed

    You want to look for an AM that will work strategically with you. If you are successful then so are they.
