    how much is your CPM?

    looks like around $6 cpm??

    $12.50 for 20clicks is around $0.625/click

    1,818 impressions * 0.011% = 20clicks

    maybe i'm wrong...

You need to spend more on testing. Get around 50 to 100 clicks and see where you are at.

It's not crap it's just a small sample size. Some things to consider.

    1) Ask your AM if there are any age restrictions for the dating offer, if the offer only accepts leads from those 21 / 25 and over, the pixel may not fire even if someone fills out the offer but doesn't meet the age requirement, it's useless. Also, this may help you target more effectively if you know what type of leads the ADV wants.

    2) Continue to test new copy. I know you said you found winning ad-copy but there could be even more effective ad-copy and the only way to find out is to test.

    Best of luck to you.

Honestly I think you should look at your ad copy a little more my friend. .62 cpc is really kind of high imo for such a low budget. Run your ad for 50-100 clicks and always be split testing your images.

It sounds like it's a start, you will probably need a larger sample size before making any decisions
