Is Craiglist a risky method to post your ad from CPA Network?

Hello guys...
I have posted sometimes to craiglist my ad from my CPA Network and some of my posts have been flagged and deleted. Is it risky to post there? In the phone verification I put my phone number and I have created some accounts and post about 2-3 ad a day from each account, but can I be busted by that or not?

It's not allowed by most (if not all) offers

yea I wouldn't risk it.. Most of the ads I have don't allow it and they the quality of the leads that come from there wont' be worth much..

Your taking a risk on getting your account deactivated..

      Best of luck..

Craigslist is a place you should stay away from unless you our very experienced with IM and know how to use CL the white hat way and know how to communicate with your affiliate manager yo get their approval.

Definitely stay away from craigslist unless you have approval from your AM. Lead quality from there is absolutely terrible.

But if none of them is flagged or deleted, this means that I'm good now for now?

They get flagged or deleted by CL, competitors or just people who are angry. This has nothing to do with your risk. If your AM finds out and you're not allowed to use CL traffic, then you're in trouble

Don't do any direct linking from CL. What you need to do is drive traffic to a landing page and then to the advertiser's site.

Forget what the CPA networks say, what are the T&C of Craigslist?

    Craigslist does not allow:

    k) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code,"
"junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited
    commercial advertisement;

    What does this mean?
    1) That your technique is BH
    2) That your technique is ILLEGAL.

Illegal you say? Yes. The US Department of Justice has determined that it is a crime to violate the terms and conditions. It's not going to be used for one time offenders, but spammers run the risk of being now prosecuted.

Not saying you are wrong, but I am sure the us government did not give a blanket saying they will prosecute t&c offenders. Check with an attorney to see what they will say.

No, you are correct. However, large corporations like Craigslist, Facebook, etc have attorneys that know the right people to get these investigations going.

It's why EBAY successfully pressured the DOJ into prosecuting the owner of DP. All about who you know.

People don't understand that if it's used wrong then of course it's risky. That goes for everything you do, though you can use it for a profitable income. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine.

Most offers strictly list craigslist as a traffic source that you aren't allowed to use.. in this case how could someone use craigslist in a way "not wrong"???

Eh? I agree with Chris and as you read, I disagree with doing anything unethical or illegal. Additionally, the networks don't want the liability or have anything to do with it. I don't know about the scummy networks, but the large ethical ones do not allow this.

You can certainly drive traffic within the rules of Craigslist and make money from CPA. Unfortunately 99% of people don't know how to do it and drive traffic straight to the CPA offer.
