How to increase and get faster FB ads delivery?

Hey guys,

hope someone can help me out!

i have landed a offline client who needs to promote their event that starts in few days. I have a good budget that needs to be spent as soon as possible. Branding and awareness is real important here more then CTR.
I had set up an campaign with 100 ad variations that target reach of 1 million people in CPM. Unfortunately delivery is really slow and ads dont show up. Only 100 000 reached in like 5 days. And when i refresh ads on my personal profile they never show up.

Suggested bid is round 0.29 to 0.60. If i place a bid that is for example 10$ would that help increase it and do i then need to pay 10$ for each click? I dont understand that part.

I have also increased a daily budget to 500$.

Any help and tips from experienced FB advertisers and bidders are welcome.

    Increasing your budget will speed it up but you can end up paying an arm and a leg if they actually charge you what you bid, (or near it). Increasing the daily budget is also not a bad idea.

    But the key to getting a lot of traffic from them is to get and keep your CTR as high as possible.

      Thanks man, i have now seen the slight increase when i changed a daily budget to 500. So now i've dropped CPM bids on my ads to 0.30 adn increased a daily budget to 1000 to see waht happens.

      Is "spend cap" setting has any effect on delivery of ads?

      The point here is that my client really need to reach a maximum audience in shortest period of time, and is willing to spend as much as needed cca 1000-1500$ per week. And i need to find out which ones of the 100 ads really work and modify them.

      Also i get a fee from budget spent so its really important to boost thing up and burn the budget reaching a taget audience of whole country (but in positive terms cause client is watching account spend).
