Crucial advice needed!

It seems that I need crucial peaces of advice now, because I am about to finally enroll into the most lucrative business game.

I cannot say that I'm total beginner, but still I have no one single site in English. The only thing I want to do is cpa marketing in a long-term path.Since I made such decision I've learned for one month much more then ever before.
I am focused now.I am not a member of any cpa network yet.

The problem is I am an honest man,I am not a kid.Everybody was once in the same situation.I've read a lot of tutorials on how to get accepted into an cpa network. There will be some questions I should answer by phone.I don't want to lie any single world.I don't want to say any single word that is not truth, because I'm looking for a long-term relationship.

I have some money to spend,starting capital or investment.It's about 2000$.And that's it.There is no steady income.I don't work anymore.My six salaries.

I am ready to take a risk, but I would try to minimize it as much as possible.

Let's elaborate on my goals which is very important that you could give me valuable advice.

of 2000$ 500 is for domain names(I have about 20 but I don't know weather they will fit in the cpa business),hosting, articles writing,copywriting... some services ,membership sites if needed. etc

And finally the crucial fact,in 3th month I "must" earn 10$ a day. That is most important.First month testing and become a member of cpa networks.Second month I am ok with breaking even, but third month I must earn 10$ a day.I may sound modest.

Please give me a piece of advice what my approach should be.

I'm a little confused by your post.
There are hundreds of CPA networks out there, so I don't know which ones you're thinking of applying to, but I never had to answer any questions on the phone to join any of the CPA networks (I'm member to 6 of the biggest CPA networks in the USA).
There was just an online application involved (pretty straightforward I must say) and from there some networks accepted my website automatically, while others took a day or two to send me confirmation, but none of them was a problem.

I'm also confused about this comment you made about not wanting to lie. Why would you need to lie in the first place to have a network accept you? And secondly, is there a reason why you feel you'd have to lie? Applications are straightforward, so a legitimate website should have no need whatsoever to lie.

Also, I trust you understand how affiliate networks work. Once you have joined the network, you will need to find merchants (also known as advertisers) to promote. It is in the sole discretion of the merchant to accept you in their affiliate program or not, but there are literally thousands of merchants in the big networks, so you shouldn't have a big problem finding enough programs to join.

It's also not very clear from your post which country(ies) your websites will be targeting. If you are targeting the US, Canada, the UK/other English-speaking countries, having no website in English could be a problem for merchants to accept you. I'm sure some may accept you regardless, but I know many of those who have affiliate programs that target English-speaking countries only accept websites that are in English and/or are based in specific (normally English-speaking) countries. If you wish to target English-speaking countries, start at least one website in English.
If, on the other hand, you are targeting other countries, then it's probably worth searching for merchants that have programs targeting those countries. It will be easier for you to get accepted and their creatives (banners, text links etc.) will be in the right language to attract visitors in those countries.
