why are you still using fbml ? have you tried on Iframe, considering fb are not really using fbml anymore (although there are back door ways of still using it).

as stated by dark witness you need to use iFrame... also FB has blacklisted Maxbounty urls (remember the maxbounty facebook lawsuit). To be on the safe side I usually link to a website with the CPA offers, not directly

I just wanted to provide an update here. The blacklisting of our url's has now been lifted, and you should be able to use them.

You can, but it's always safer to send users to a website because if FB sees that you're redirecting people a CPA offer they may not like it. check the details of what the guys did who were sued by Facebook.

for example, this is what I do. User lands on custom iframe page (welcome) They are told to click the like button to "get free video games". When they click the like button they become a fan and now the second iframe page opens up that says "thanks for liking us" click the button below to see "our free video game giveaways" the button says "free games". User clicks the button and is taken to my website which has multiple video game cpa offers listed.

I find this method works better, my site gets traffic, user becomes a fan of FB, user most of the times sign up for more than one cpa offer!, and they sometimes click on adsense ads...

You could also get your own domain and do a redirect?

Funny enough I'm new to Max Bounty and I was telling my leader my grand plan to send Twitter and Facebook to my web landing page and CPA offer. I was told was against Max Bounty policy and have to use paid Advertisements on both.I take it it's more Facebook and Twitter rather than CPA network that has problem ?

if you have a domain just iframe the offer if it's allowed. it will be all fine!
