I have a problem understanding this statement! Probably i'm a new bie that's why! lol "Cannot use trademarked names in splash page domains"

    Its more like using the company trademarks like Apple, Dell, Olay, KFC, Mcdonalds, etc..

    You can't use them on your landing page and making your landing page looks like an Apple partner for example even using that in your domain name as apple-macbook.com etc.

      Let's suppose if i have a gaming offer let's say Halo Reach i can't put the name of Halo Reach in my landing page?

              Mahmoud is completely right, you can't use trademarked names but, depending on the network, you can allude to them.

              using your halo example, whilst you can't use the logo or name, you can use terms in your copy that players would know, master chief etc.

              Again check with your am and network before proceeding but usually this isn't a problem.

    One More Question guys! like if i have a domain wwwdot123xyzdotcom i have put in my facebook landing page meanwhile i have setup in cpanel a sumbdomain which is maxbounty offer like httpcolumn//mb01dotcom/adsdww/ if a user click on my domain wwwdot123xyzdotcom he will be redirected to the maxbounty offer is is legit?
