Okay...I mentioned a few days ago I'm testing an offer on Bing...I realize I don't have enough clicks yet (direct linking) to make an evaluation but would love to hear what your successful CPAers think about this...

7 clicks = $1.60

2 sales = $2.40

Should I let this run until I get more clicks to make a fair evaluation? Should I ramp up? Thanks for your ideas/thoughts...

  • Honestly like YOU mentioned there's not enough clicks to give a real answer. Sure right now you are looking golden. Wait for the first 50 clicks and see what happens. Once you get the data we can evaluate further.

    • Thanks Chad...you're the one that steered me to the 50 clicks...I'm not even thinking golden yet...been around the block once before so just want to make a rational decision...no emotion allowed! lol

  • IMO you will need a much larger sample size before knowing for sure. I'd keep running it and see how it will pan out after 50 clicks, then 100, etc

  • Agreed, you need more clicks, but that looks like a great start.

    • A bit more info...not 50 yet...

      11 clicks = $2.64 in ad spend
      4 sales = $4.80 in conversions

  • For a cleared conversion rate you need 100 visitor to 200.

  • 12 hours later:

    31 clicks = $7.45 ad spend
    8 conversions = $9.60 sales

    • Not bad keep it coming....Once you get up to about 50 to 75 clicks I would start split testing Ad copies, colors, pictures, etc.

      Good Job Man!

  • Yes RAMP it up!!
  • You probably need at least 100 clicks to know if it's worth investing on or not, but it's good signal to have a campaign that's profitable right from the beginning. So, try to improve your ROI by optimizing your campaign and then scale it to a higher level.

    • Yea once you reach 50 start split testing way to get that ROI higher Then do the same at 100, 150, 200, and etc

  • You're on the right track! Change up the wording a bit and then revamp it. More clicks would be excellent to make a solid evaluation.
