This is very important for newbie, You got to understand every cpa offers only allowed certain type of traffic.

So today I test one of the cpa offers that not allowed ppc traffic from junk cpa network I don't used, I just want to see if they can find out where the traffic come from, possible suspend my account or banned.

I start my google adword today test out spend $30, and make sale commission $400, but the ended of the day I got banned from that junk cpa network, so now I know they can detect any traffic, and ban you instantly.

Becareful what you going to promoted make sure you understand allowed traffic. I'm glad to test this out and shared.

Sure CPA can detect your traffic source. You should see allowed traffic on EACH offer!
BTW, I'm also interested what was the offer that made you 400 $ ?

    Good Luck!

That is very strange that a cpa network does not allow PPC traffic....usually this is the kind of traffic they prefer above any other source.

Have you contacted them to see why did they banned you?

Also, please share which CPA network was it.

    Thanks

      I agree with tayuyaa!
Many affiliate networks prefer this traffic. Strange case. What is the affiliate network?

Yeah I know I did wrong, I didn't follow the traffic rule for that offer. I don't want to contact them or anything, my purpose just for testing.

Haha, nice job. It's always good to run tests even if you already know the answer. Knowing things viscerally like that only increases your knowledge base. I'm not surprised you made so much from that PPC campaign seeing as it was meant for other forms of traffic I'm sure PPC dominated it since it had no other PPC traffic competition. Good stuff though. Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks for bringing a good point to the attention of the forum, this is an area that can be overlooked, particularly if you are enthusiastic and are in the zone firing up campaigns.

My advice would be that if you find an offer you want to run but it does not allow your traffic source, simply email your AM and he will explain why, maybe allow you to use it, if not will point you to another offer doing well on that trffic source.

If neither of these avenues prove fruitful then you can simply check offervaul or affiliatepaying for other networks who run the offer.

The reason why I'm a little confused by this post is that you state this is a network that is a junk network you don't use, yet you were willing to send $400 worth of conversions to them just to prove the point that you should check if a network can track your traffic???

Ok guy thank for read this thread. The junk network I was talk about is Limelight CPA You probably never heard of them before they so new. The reason I spend $30 and make $400 because of no competition, plus I'm the only one out there that used ppc traffic there is no other PPC ADS.

Jason , you confused why I would send $400 worth commission to that network, well because I just want to test, and see if I could get away and get pay.

The offers I promoted is as seen on tv product, sorry I can't tell exact product name because I'm still promoted it with other network used SEO Traffic only that way I won't get suspend or ban. You have any other question let me know.

You knew you weren't allowed to promote PPC to the offer, you were banned, great.

      However

Now you are on this forum calling the network a JUNK network and hurting their reputation, for what? Because they are doing their job?

      Your a junk affiliate.

I did not mean to hurt to their reputation but every time I want to get pay I have to email them all the time. They always late payment. Plus they used cheap tracking system, they don't have global pixel posback or anything, and there is no creative.

Yes. you have to be careful with the promotion method. Before start setting up a campaign always ask your affiliate manager about the conditions.

      Mybe a stupid questio.
I like PPC. Really is the best way to get qualified traffic, but on the net you listen a lot about banned ppc platform for affiliate offer.

I work with ppc in other type of business, with no problem, and my question is. Are there any clear site about how to apply ppc on affiliate marketing without die on the try?

Some guys talk about avoid Google, another ones talk about Yahoo and Bing alternatives.... And other groups recomend don't use neither of tree above.

jonhkh17, congrats for yor invest. I'm sorry for your "ban award" :-(

You comment about a test, Then You assume the ban.
