Hello to you all. My name is john and im 45 years old and live in the U.K this is my first thread. The main reason i joined the site was i am seeking a little guidance. I have recently suffered a mild stroke and whilst in hospital the Dr"s also found that i have a hole in my heart so my working days for the for see able future are non existent.
I know my way round a Lap top and understand the internet some what. however im no expert.
i would like to know if there are sites where i can build a small free web site as i do still have my contacts from when i used to work. my suppliers are still willing to supply me. however i can only offer my customers supply only, no fitting service. also what is the cheapest hosting and cheapest form of online advertising as ive been told ppc is or can be very expensive.

any advice, help would be so gratefully appreciated at this moment in my life. Please treat my thread as serious as my condition as i do need a little income to keep mine and my sons head above water. thank you john
