What do you think which is the best way to promote CPA offers without spending a single dollar? I know it varies, but just your opinions..

  Your in the wrong business. In affiliate marketing it cost money to make money no matter if it's regular CPA or even Incent. I put out a guide for my affiliates showing them how to make money with social organic traffic, even with that you have cost of hosting, and time spent on designing landers. You get out what you put in my friend.

Try promoting your offer in forums using the links in signatures.
Lets take for example that you are going to promote one dating offer then try finding list of forums related to dating from here The largest Message Boards and Forums on the web!.
Choose any forum and post quality answers regularly and build up nice reputation in that particular forum.

This is slow process but very powerful method to drive traffic to your offers.

  You can do everything 100% FREE with a Blogspot blog or Weebly. No hosting, no domain needed. And you can generate traffic through SEO, articles, and press releases. Craigslist too, for some offers.
  
  However, your investment of time will be great, and the process will be slow-er. It can still be done, and much faster than most will lead you to believe!

You could do article marketing and write SEO articles. That's going to cost you time but it's free.

You need something to publish the articles on so you can spend $10 on a domain or publish them on sites like Weebly or Blogspot post for free.

i had found a good freebie ebook on WF's freebie section. It deals with free way to generate traffic. We should check there to get lots of info about free methods. cheers.

youtube can send you big number of visitors to your offer for free, but they are hard to convert...
you have to test your video and keep on refining it so that you get targeted audience.

but the good thing is once the video is tweaked and the traffic converts, you sit back and relax, the videos will do the work for you.

of course create several accounts to post the video, so that you dont loose all your traffic in case the account got terminated

Social media Marketing
Video Marketing
Forum Marketing,

you need to put something in to get something out, i would suggest just using the website you used to get accepted to your CPA networks and doing some SEO to get traffic and a good PR for starters

I personally do not think its possible without spending money, or at least not possible long term, I'd say you could do it on a budget such as seo (domain, hosting, etc), offline marketing (domain, hosting, etc), YouTube, twitter, Facebook fan pages, etc

Honestly- I prefer free ways to promote offers because paid ways are just limited to some extent but not free wyas

It definately takes some time to grab visitors by free ways by when they start coming you cant stop them ...

Best ones are Article Marketing because it will stay forever and will always give good amount of traffic

You can start by making videos on youtube, but still you need to buy a domain name, after you make a few $ you can start buying hosting and then progress with PPC advertising.

Can post an article about a CPA offer on your free blog account then post on answer sites like yahoo answers and ask.com and leave your link in the sources or in the post content. Create decent answers to avoid being banned. This is a method im trying and I have gotten a little traffic from it though no conversions but its bringing people who are specifically looking for conception aid to a conception aid blog post leading to a CPA program for conception aid.

Video marketing If you are totally new to this game. I know personally publishers whose are making crazy amounts of revenue just ranking their videos on Youtube/Google.

youtube is pretty good, and also doing inst deals with big marketers on their thankyou pages.

What most newbies / intermediate marketers do not realise is these guys have white space on their thankyou pages, going to waste. Our lastest deal for a page is a 50 - 50% cut on a high converting CPA offer on a big time gurus thankyou page.

After testing, this brings us consistent money, but we have to split it 50-50 but no worry there, it was all set up by sending just a 1 line email. So a few minutes work, and ongoing recurring commissions come pouring in like clock work each day.

With CPA you have to work smarter, not harder. opportunities are breeding at a power of 10 to 1, but you just have to seize the day with this sort of stuff.

The best free (meaning won't cost you money) way to make money with CPA offers for me has been SEO - ranking sites with SEO and monetizing the traffic with CPA offers.

In fact, I have made almost all my online profit from promoting CPA offers on websites that I build and rank for various related (to the offer) keywords.

That said, I am slowly starting to learn and use PPC as well and I can see the potential. I guess the worst thing about relying on ranking with SEO is that it takes time and you may lose the ranking at any moment.

But with PPC you don't have to deal with that, but you do spend money on the other hand.
