I tried to put my links in my fan page but the links were rejected by fb for being spammy. Seems that fb doesn't allow peerfly links

Here is what i do in such situations
1. Go To Your Hosting Cpanel and create a sub domain
2. Once sub domain is created , now redirect it to offer page
3. Shorten your sub domain with bit.ly
4. Post on Facebook

Try FB CPC first then move to CPM when you get good CTR.

CPM is less effective than CPC. With same ad copy, you are bound to get more click in CPC then CPM. Facebook has restricted it.

I do fine with CPM as well, even better than CPC some times using same ad copy.

Facebook or adwords ? Both are opposite of each other.

If you are doing in FB, its great because (Facebook's ad changes could cost CPM advertisers | Econsultancy) [Not my blog]
