Monetizing international traffic (CPA/Referral)?

I am getting cheap CPC traffic from countries like

CHINA
INDONESIA
SPAIN
LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA
MYANMAR
JAMAICA
POLAND
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
VENEZUELA
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
CAMBODIA
ALGERIA
MOROCCO
YEMEN
HUNGARY
BULGARIA
SWITZERLAND
AUSTRIA

I don't think people from these countries prefer to buy anything on internet. So what is other method to monetize this traffic. I am looking for following options...

1. CPA network with lots of international offers (especially lead generation)
2. Refferal links of GTP sites or microjob sites

Please guys what do you think about this?

    Well, I spend 130$ to make 1000$ (up and down, not exactly 1000$). So Traffic, plus SEO and Good Link Building and Offer..In short if you plan it right and work consistently for at least 5 months you can make 500$ per day with cpa.

    ClickBank products accept a pretty wide range of countries, and would be easier to pitch than a bunch of CPA offers with geo-redirects.

      The problem i find with that is that these countries are "poor" and I assume wouldn't spend money, especially when CB products are priced at a USD level.

      I could be wrong tho... haha

    I would recommend neverblue and mundomedia for international offers. They have petty good selection of offers.

    Clickbanks and CJ are good for international traffic too.
