When you are getting almost all new visit regularly, it means your visitors are not feeling interest to visit there for 2nd second. Try to make your content reach and interesting, so that you can hold most of your visitors. Make those informative, which can make the visitor believe that, your content is worthy. Try to get the interest of your current visitors and develop content depending on that.

Post useful stuff regularly. Be creative. Try to keep new visitors; make them to come back again. This way they may even suggest their friends to come and see your forum.
