Who is paying the best eCPM for Russia?

Hello All, We have about 5MM impressions from Russia for a 300x250 banner on our embeddable video player. Current eCPM is about 0.18 from USA ad companies. Is there any one here that can recommend me a better ad company?

Language is a barrier for my research in this area. So if any one from Russia can list few big ad companies in Russia I can talk directly with them.

    I dont have much traffic from russia I am getting .25-.30 usd ecpm from adiquity you can also try adfonic...

      we can use adiquity if we have global traffic...they are performing well...even i am using them & i am satisfied with their performance..
