I created a 2"x4" QRcode with graphics to a mobile CPA offer. Targeted my demographics. (btw...the male audience has done far better than the female audience with this offer). I put the promotion out for a test run in a targeted area (somewhat). I feel that I could do a lot better with the conversions though. I can get the scans but it's not doing as well as it should with conversions.
Help me with my QRcodes and CPA offers...Please

The offer is only pays out .80 cents with an EPC of 0.24. Am I going in the right direction? I know the payout kinda sucks at first sight but it should make up on the short fall by having it tightly (I could have done it a little better) targeted.
Here's the creative I did on 2"x4" avery sticky labels:
What can I do/change to make this more enticing to scan and follow through with?
