Best way to target college town.

Hey guys, my little brother is is graduating from a 4 year this coming weekend from a town whos population is around 53,000 or so. Its pretty much a college town but theres also a military base right outside so theres alot of military folks there too. I want to try and take advantage of my trip there and was thinking about hading out flyers maybe. I read arrons post about actually targeting people and not just throwing up some general offer. So, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas as far as some cpa offers or anything else that would work well, knowing its a college town + military.

    hey you can always figure a way out when it comes to promoting offers. Offers such as pizza hurt gift voucher, burger king, itune gift card, walmart gift card etc etc they are good to every 1. You can make nice flyer which should state "special Offer to all military Folks, guys etc( what ever you want to say) Claim your ................ by visiting xxx.com..

    make it personal to your target audience and you should get good result.
