7Search and CPA - Average conversion rate?

Hey guys.

What would be considered a normal or average conversion rate for CPA offers on 7Search? I'm running a few campaigns right now and only one of them has a CR higher than 2%.. I'm still making a profit, but it's minimal..

Just want to see how other people are doing on 7Search with CPA offers.

I ran a campaign on 7Search with a $2.25 Email submit offer, about 2% conversion rate, and a horrible EPC of 0.05$... Lost a good chunk of money.

I haven't tried Long Form submits on 7search and I don't really want to, seeing how First page submits aren't converting very well.

That was only one offer that went wrong for me. I have heard of people making a good profit from 7Search, you just need to test and test til something profitable comes up.

Yeah, that's what i'm learning to do..

There is no A/B testing on 7search, right? To split-test ads for the same keywords i basically just need to run one ad for a certain amount of time, then run the other one?

Even better, create two parallel campaigns with the same keywords and bids. This will let you see their performance side by side. Major holidays, such as Christmas will almost certainly have an effect on performance, as well a whole slew of other things. This is why it's always important to split test during the same time period (otherwise you add another variable into the mix, and you always only want to be testing one)

You can actually make use of the ###KEYWORD### feature to see which words are converting well or not, etc.

I get around a 5%-10% conversion rate. You have to understand that with 7search there are a lot of fraudulent clicks. Run an offer for a while and figure out which partner is giving you bad clicks and then disable them. You'll need to request this feature with 7search. Just email them.

Hi, can I clarify...what feature are you requesting from 7Search to enable?

How do I figure out what the bad ones are? I need my own tracking like prosper202? Or is there a way to find out who the bad partners are on the 7search site itself?

I usually use prosper202 to track and then use domain blocks to block the bad traffic sources. You can ask for it with live chat supporter, he/she will enable it for you

But to ask live support, I would have to tell them which channels I want them to block, right? Or would they look into it for me themselves?

You can do it yourself, first use prosper to track, use the referrer function to find all about the traffic source, which one brings you conversion, which one not, the CTR...After know the bad traffic source, ask 7search to enable you the domain blocks function then block any traffic source which you want

              Hi,

For 7 search if you are using a CPA Network like Maxbounty, Flux Ads, Peerfly etc.. then you can use something like this: subid1=7search-###KEYWORD###-###AFFID###

As you get clicks, when you log into your CPA network you will see under the sub ID:

              7search - Keyword1 - website that brought that traffic
              7search - Keyword2 - website that brought that traffic
              7search - Keyword3 - website that brought that traffic
              7search - Keyword4 - website that brought that traffic

Kill the keywords that aren't converting and eliminate the websites that aren't converting.

Once you are optimized, you might only be earning $3 or $4 per day, but do that 10 times and your are making some decent coin.

I'm familiar with what ###KEYWORD### is and i just read a post by Luke (peerfly manager) on his blog about how to make it work on 7search. I'll give that a shot.

However, what is ###AFFID###? What do i need for that and can i use it with peerfly and 7search?

You can get higher conversion rate than 2% if you wrote good ad copy and used a good targeted high search volume keyword.

7search is a great place not for dating offers only as many people claim, but it will works great with any high search volume keyword and good ad copy and high conversion trusted offer.

The problem is not 7search low quality traffic [Only] as many people will tell you (As many people don't know how to use 7search platform wisely) the problem represent into dishonest advertisers and not the 7search or The CPA network if it trusted and reputable. Fraud advertisers shave leads and if they are selfish and don't make any body make money except them.. May be some low quality traffic make him lose but not shaving hundreds of possible leads.

I don't use many keywords in my 7search campaigns and almost of your traffic is from the high search volume keyword you got from the 7search suggestion tool.

Everyone should worry about the low quality traffic source and eliminate them wisely.

When you get early repeated conversions, then you know that that offer is good and let'em running for a while and monitor the conversion rate. If the conversion rate is almost steady and like as it started then keep the campaign running. And if you noticed that no more conversions and you have reached the offer cost, then drop that offer (Be sure that the advertiser shaves and scrubs your leads and he doesn't deserve your effort and money) or instead you can rotate the same offer with another CPA network and so on , but don't let the hope waste your money (When you don't see conversions any more, then drop the offer or switch to another network to keep conversions).

Some Advertisers seem to be honest and don't shave the leads (In some Email/zip submit offers) but the higher percentage are not specially in Email/ zip submit offers. So be careful and always rotate the good offer with different networks to keep you winner.

                  Good Luck

You just email them and ask them to optimize your campaigns, your aff manager (or someone) will go over your campaigns and send you suggested keywords

I think it totally depends on what sort of OFFER you are promoting !!

If you are promoting which is in demand you will se a good jump in conversion rates and if your offer is out of world then barely you will get even 1%

    Regards

There's no average conversion rate. It varies from campaign to campaign, keyword to keyword, offer to offer.

I've made tens of thousands of dollars in profit off 7Search traffic, so it does work. Just be ruthless in your testing. Cut out partner ids and do all the things possible to optimize the campaign. I wrote up some details of a 7Search campaign awhile ago that I am still running to this day.

If you find a bad partner id for one campaign do you block it for future campaigns too or go though the process on each new campaign?

I only cut out partner id's on specific campaigns when they don't convert for me. Maybe that specific partner sends 7Search traffic on other keywords that DO convert, so it doesn't make sense to cut them out before you even run a different campaign.
