A few months ago I made a few hundred $$ with a network (I'll keep them nameless) selling a popular haircare product. At the time, I cleared with my account manager that using a trademark domain was fine.
Can the network go without paying me?

A few months ago I made a few hundred $$ with a network (I'll keep them nameless) selling a popular haircare product.
At the time, I cleared with my account manager that using a trademark domain was fine.
A month down the road the product's company decided they would not pay the network as they had changed their tune on the use of TM in domains.
Therefore, my account manager told me my commission was stalled until the resolved it with the product's company.
It never went anywhere, and I've not been paid.
As, at the time, I was given the all clear and proceeded with a TM domain in good faith, should I still be paid by the network?
Just wondering where I stand as I wasn't part of the problem, and have am owed $$$.
