How about these WSOs:

- 9 January 2012: Daily PPV Profits- It use PPV and CPA, and show you his Exact Campaign.You could easily copy the campaign.

- 1 November 2011: Facebook CPA Angels- It gave 2 case studies, so it'll be easy to learn the method.

You could see it through WSO360, I have list above WSOs under PPC/ Media Buying topic & under CPA topic.

I've heard good words about PPC-Coach, although I haven't tried them myself. It's got more than 100k posts. It has a $1 Trial for 14 days. Google it for more details and reviews.
