Peerfly redirect pages blocked by Anti Virus

All Peerfly redirect pages (domains utepuppy.com , video-rewardz.com , etc.) are being blocked by my ESET NOD32 antivirus with the message
Access to the web page was blocked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous contents.
Does anyone know why? Can it hurt my site's reputation?

ESET or nod 32 consider them spam as their domain names marked as spam.
If i were you, i'll make a GEO targeting functionality for every particular offer. i.e. Most of Peerfly offers are targeted to the US and if the visitor is not from the US then the network will redirect him to another landing page so that they still can make money from another offer [You should do the same... You should cloak or shorten your affiliate link and assign the attribute "nofollow" to these links and then you send the traffic for your GEO Targeting control script page where you can add conditions if the visitor is not a US resident then you redirect him to another offer link or any trusted page or another url] this can prevent all search engines bots from detecting your affiliate links and make your website safe.

And ensure that you redirect your loyal visitors to a trusted related offer or a related page to keep your reputation and credibility.

Very generous of you captainhass, and my ESET even let me download your script.

This is a little too much energy than I want to spend on that issue, but I found this:

    http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=video-rewardz.com

    http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=utepuppy.com

and that's all I need to make me happy

If you DONT use a script like this
what will happen to the foreign country traffic? do you get credit for any sales if they redirect the traffic to another offer? or do they keep that money?

I think no lead will be credited if the network redirected the visitor to another offer because usually, that landing page is often another offer from another associated network where they pull offers from.

And also your affiliate id is not included in the other pages url.

The script is working for all Geo targeting purposes not for cpa networks only. you can use it for any cpa system.

But as i said i haven't prepared the script for commercial usage yet and you should read the comments within the script file [offer.php] and follow the steps to make it work properly.
