Blamads blm.bz link shortening service instead of content locker

Has anyone been using the new blm.bz link shortening service? It works basically the same way as a content locker, but is more slick and less annoying.

How it works: when you share a link, the visitor is asked to complete an offer before they can access the link.

I just set up a few links today, I'll let you know my stats tomorrow. Anyone had any luck with this yet?

    I don't pay a lot of attention to our competitors

    If it is, then my experience is that it does work every bit as well as a gateway, but I feel like each has their own distinct advantages. Personally I would use a shortener when you don't have a website to put a gateway on, and if you do have a website, use a gateway. It's not that your earnings will be substantially different from one to the other, but I would just rather keep visitors on my own page. On the flip side, by using a hosted service, off of your own page, the user may feel that you don't have complete control over the situation and less as though you're just trying to make money off of them. You're just linking them to the best link you have, which just happens to require an offer completion

    I am using this but there is a problem in that,
    We cant chnage the offers.
    It does not convert as good as gateway.
    And adscendmedia is good in this short url thing as in we can change offers but I hate adscend because the tracking system sucks since adscend media epc is also very bad.

      Adscendmedia is the best cpa network, their EPC is really awesome and trackins system is good.

    After a few days of playing with it, its pretty clear to me that what I tested it on does better with the gateway.
    The main reason being that it pops up and blocks them which basically guarantees they will see the ads and know what to do right away instead of trusting that they'll find your text link and click it.
    Also, when promoting something like video game guides with video tutorials (or anything else that teenagers and kids MUST have) you have to consider the fact that the visitors to your site aren't the most competent individuals.
    Thankfully, it doesn't take a genius to fill out a CPA offer, which is the reason I believe content locking is so hot right now.

      If I understand you correctly, yes that's all you should have to do. It's all based on the way your website is set up and what you are offering.

    I think the link shortener needs to add instructions like "Complete one of the following surveys to unlock..." or instruction video like normal java gateway. Otherwise people feel kind of weird, what do you guys think?
