Can anyone suggest a good PPV course for the beginner?

I don't think Mike Morgans course is "current/updated".

Please, no membership site recommendations.

You can choose from a variety of ppc,ppv or affiliate(commision) ad networks.
Check for the best revenue, also try several networks parallel for higher profit.
