how to get clickbank link approved by Facebook Ads?

Hey guys i just got my 1st Ad disapproved by facebook, this is what it shows:

"The destination of your ad or Sponsored Story either violates Facebook's Advertising Guidelines or could not be reviewed. Before resubmitting it, please visit our help center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines"

i guess is the URL that i put as an external URL, i just put the clickbank affiliate link...

Should i put a shorter link like with bit.ly ?

How can i put the link that i want to get approved and promote the clickbank product on facebook ?

im just a guy who is taking action on this...

thanks for the help!

I tried bit.ly before, didn't work. Most of the ads network is banning or suspending accounts that tries to advertise in this way too.

hey the .tk technique works! but now they denied my ad couse of this:

The content promoted in your ad or Sponsored Story violates Facebook's Advertising Guidelines. Please visit our Help Center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines.

could be that i am using the product name on the title? for the Ad copy i just copied some random text of the official website of the product and make a bit more original.

Is your product from MMO niche ? seems a bit hard

      Work From Home/MLM

Ads and Sponsored Stories for "get rich quick" schemes or other money-making opportunities that offer compensation for little to no investment are not allowed. This includes multi-level marketing or similar business models that do not fully describe the product or opportunity leading to the advertised income.

Ads and Sponsored Stories must promote complete transparency regarding participation and the business opportunity, as these opportunities tend to be highly reported by users.

You could forward your ad to a facebook fanpage URL (using an ifram application) and then have an optin form to capture the interested persons. Once you have this list, you can market ANY clickbank product you want to them over and over again.
I do this all the time, this way you won't waste your advertising dollars.

Facebook doesn't like Clickbank, you better use your own landing page and send traffic to Clickbank product from there. That way you won't have such problems getting your ad accepted.

    Or, like shmerns said above

Indeed I think that's the best option: create your own landingpage.
It might convert better then sending them straight to the salespage

You should first create a fanpage targeting your niche then after you get many fans. Then promote click bank products to your fans.

Always go with a landing page over direct linking. As soon as you find the right landing page you'll always have a better conversion rate over direct linking.

ALot of the big guys are using this lately, Kirk, kern, and a few others. I have not tried them, but all I hear again and again is how good it is.

I know their design and layout is good too, but some of the highest converting optin pages for us, are crappy, messy and all over the place. LOL. Its the copy that sells it.

I have had lousy runs with FB and CB. I have had a few that were mildly successful, but all of those included a stream of emails to follow the initial email capture.

  • I'm using pretty link with my wordpress site and I have been able to post affiliate links to my facebook page. The pretty link would look something like this http://mydomain.com/any-name-I-want-to-put-here but the post details would be the landing page for the link. That siad, I agree with previous comments; create my own landing page with opt-in is a better way to go.

Hi Project, when using iFrames, do you use a direct clickbank URL or a shortened URL in the HTML code within the iframe tag?
