Im Back :) and with a Noob friendly method :)

I admit I have been gone a long time but its just that I was just unable to concentrate on anything let alone work.
Anyway so I am back and this time with a lot of tip and tricks and oh ofcourse to learn from you all as well. How you all been ?
So 2012 seems promising enough money wise and I have been doing some testing and scaling methods.
I thought I would just post a short very noob friendly method I came across and since I have done up around 3 websites within like 2 hours each, I thought it would be helpful to all you guys as well.

Warning: This method is not for advanced Imers, although you can get a VA to do it for you and earn the money to buy that a nice bottle of Cristal etc…jk oh and this has nothing to do with CPA

I guess many of you know this idea but then again we are all about reinventing ideas
1. Go around your area and look for shops, Clinics etc and go in and enquire about their website or you can do it over the phone too
2. Once you know that an ‘x’ clinic or dentist’s doesn’t have a website, speak to their accounts department or some related department and say that you are offering them a website and you have designed a static (wordpress) and well as a flash (Website Builder | Create a Free Website with Wix.com) website. Tell them you have 3 versions of each.
3. Offer to sell the website for $200 and your job is done!
4. TIP: You have to convince them how profitable a website is and how they can also gain potential customers this way.
5. TIP 2: Make sure you have also designed a Facebook fanpage and linked it to the website.
6. With the fanpage there will be more exposure and by having a website any organisation will look more professional.

Now here is what you must do:
1. Go to WordPress.com — Get a Free Blog Here and register for a free website and since this is the easiet platform , you can play around with the themes etc. Your free wordpress website will read Per començar

2. For flash websites, here you will have fun You can design flash websites for free and your website will read Website Builder | Create a Free Website with Wix.com

3. Create one FB fanpage for this company and make it look nice Remember, $200-$250 is a nice amount of money so this involves a bit of a work.

4. Info which you must put are :

About the company, Services, Contact us, Promotions (If they have any)
You will get all this information from the receptionist when you call.

I did this for 3 places and earned $175,$150 and $240 (they wanted some existing fans so I marketed it a little on FB) each in one week so that is a cool $ 565.
