Have you managed to convert any CPAs with adbrite's traffic?

They've got cheap PPC traffic, they've got decent volumes as well, but so far their traffic seems like impossible to convert. Even with very easy CPAs.
What's your experience with them?
#ad networks (cpm/cpl, display) #adbrite #convert #cpas #managed #traffic
  • I can honeslty say Adbrites traffic is the winner of the "worse traffic source on the Net." award!

    And that takes some doing!

  • hehe, good to know
how many of those you've tested so far?
  • Never had much luck with them, it's very low quality traffic IMO
  • yeah almost next to impossible to convert as it looks from my test
im even starting to think its mostly bots
  • I haven't bought banner traffic from Adbrite in awhile. However, when I was busy buying traffic from this network, I was making up to $300 per day via Clickbank and a boatload with cpa offers.

If you purchase RON traffic or target a site category with this network, then you'll fail. Because there are a bunch of sites within their network that are horrible. The key to getting Adbrite to work for you is to browse their site directory and pick individual sites to market on.

Now I have not been on Adbrite in awhile, so I do not know if they have their site directory now, but if you expect to make this traffic work, you have to put in the work and find those perfect sites to test on.

  • i dont think there is site directory anymore
and when you decide to target your traffic by demographics the volumes drop like 100 times, because then then show your ads only for people they know their demographics and they don't for the bigger part

    • Yes, you are right. There is no public site directory anymore. However, the pages where you can buy ads directly on a particular site within the Adbrite exchange are actually indexed in Google. So what you could do is run a google query/search to locate some of the websites that are actually listed within Adbrite. Just do a search for those sites within your topic and category first by using Google. I hope that helps.

  • I was thinking to test the traffic of Adbrite but looks like I should not do it

    I'm going with Adwords lol...
  • Depends on the site you do a direct deal with.

  • Even though it has low quality traffic, using the right offers you may be able to convert them
  • aadbrite was used back in the day now there are way better options out there.

    • like for example?
    • i HATE it when people make statements like this and don't back them up. Here I am searching around for a good network and winnerman makes a claim, someone asks him for an example, and he just ignores it. Nice goin', kid. How about you just don't reply to anything from now on?
      • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • joshadams, yeah i also don't like those kind of trollish posts

    • Can anyone recommend or guess at the "better options" that winnerman was indicating.

I am using Adbrite, I want to change. I know of Adsense, im guessing Winnerman was not meaning them.
  • OK makes that easy, what about buysellads, or do I just go to sitescout?
    • [1] reply
    • Buysellads is wide open
  • I did like 2 years ago with biz-opps.
  • Hell no, adbrite is trash.
