email submits /SEO how to get clicks/conversions

Hi

I have just started doing email submit offers and I seem to get very few clicks. I have a movie site that gets around 300 visitors a day and i have the peerfly 25$ movie tickets offer in the first paragraph of that site. Yet I have 5 click and 0 conversions in 5 days of running this.

Thats over 1000 US google visitors thats more or less seen the link but decided not to click it. Can anyone shed some light as to what I should do to get clicks/conversions?

I have tons of sites that bring in "free" traffic but having trouble getting people to click the ads. Anyone want to help me monetize my traffic? I would be happy to profit share if someone tells me a good way to monetize my traffic...

( i do not care about my sites so I dont mind "whoring" them out to ads IF i can get it profitable but I need to avoid being slapped by google and having my rankings tank)

    How do you post this offer in your website?
    i.e. Banners, text links....etc?

    May be your banner in the wrong placement, wrong size or not catchy so it has very low CTR.

    Do you have any Email list attached to this website? I think it will be a good idea to lead your visitors to the offer through your periodic newsletter or feed updates and you can sure offer them many other offers as you want.


    Another good choice is content locking with Incent or content locking gateway CPA networks which can lock you content with their offers.

    some questions I have using seo:

    1) do banners work better than text links?

    2) should I keep as little text on the page as possible in order for the offer to "stand out"?

    3) what should I write if anything to get people to click/convert? Could I say stuff like "you wouldnt believe how many emails I have gotten from people who ( won an ipad or whatever) just from entering their email address"

    any and all information is truly appreciated. I would be happy to help people to rank in google as I am very very good at that. I am just awful at converting that traffic into $$$

    By now you should have written a large number of articles and submitted them to the relevant article directories. If after a few weeks, you find a certain product is doing really well, double up.
