What if you copyright infringe the picture of the original owner?

MtmJohn, is there a place which is truly free, every photo I find on those sites, charges money. Its like ok here is some free bad ones, the good ones? Royalty free yes, but pay us 2 bucks each for the license, etc

Although using Google images is frowned upon, I've run for own campaigns and helped others run enough campaigns to have over 10,000 images all from Google in a folder on my HDD. I have never heard of anyone getting in to trouble for this, with the exception of a guy using pictures of Obama's daughters in porn ads.

He had his ads taken off the site, but that was about it. No legal trouble at all.

You can use free stock photo sites. That would be 100% legal way to do it.

However, what most marketers do when running dating offers on FB and other similar traffic sources is to scrap images from PoF or FB itself. Of course, this isn't "nice", but this is what many guys do to get amateur images that look more realistic.

There is Flickr(the images with Creative Common license), Google images and so on.

I eventually sucked it up and started buying mine. Way more quality when you buy them. But I used free ones for years and all of them I have bookmarked were mentioned here plus extras.

You will find any image from google images with no cost. That is the best place to find any type of image.

  They aren't! I wouldn't suggest you go the Google route. You honestly never know if a compliance person is hired by the website that is the copyrighted owner of that picture.

People seem to be under the illusion that Google images is a magical free repository of public domain images

It certainly is not set up for this purpose, nor is it anything other than a way to find images, the legality of those images, price of the images, etc, is up to you to determine
