Facebook banned account

If you get an account banned for advertising reasons on Facebook, is just the advertising portion banned? or your whole account? I don't want to risk losing my personal account incase I do something wrong..

    I didn't get an email or ban, just want to be sure first. I read a post where someone got their account banned for promoting an offer he wasn't really promoting and couldn't even defend himself. I don't really want to chance that.

    Usually, they would send you emails telling you what needs to be amended in your ad copy. If you repeat the violations repeatedly, your ads account may be banned.

    It is only your ad account that gets banned but after many warnings. Your personal account is not affected.

    Nah, don't worry. Your personal account will not be banned, only your ads account. But, if your ads account does get banned, you may not be able to purchase credits on facebook games as they will tell you that they suspected some suspicious payment activities or something on your facebook account. Not like anyone plays facebook games anymore.

    That don't want to ban you as a user just an advertiser. You'll probably get banned for something stupid and ridiculous at some point so just be prepared and don't take it as the end if you Facebook advertising just make a new account and try not to do what you just did to get banned.

    Facebook only ban your Ad account they will not banned user facebook accounts. They just banning like your page or group if you violate something

    i think that the whole accounts will be banned. Your personal account that you created with the same id will also be banned i think. it happens in Google adsense so its obvious that same thing will happen to Face book too.

    I had my entire account banned due to a Facebook group which people didn't like. Any chance or warning for it? None at all.

    If you have to consider this: "Would this get me in trouble", it most likely would - just keep your personal account separate from your ad accounts, and you should be just fine. Unless of course they ban your IP. But in such case, jokes on them! Proxy is being abused so bad these days.
