Close to 4000 clicks, $75 gone, carefully blacklisting bad subids, like 15 different variations of ads, structuring keywords and only 1 conversion. I was promoting 3 high conversion survey offers from peerfly, and promoted a survey offer in the UK as well. $75 spent. $1.30 made. For those of you who run profitable campaigns on 7search, please share your secrets because I really spent time to run this campaign instead of blindly setting some keywords.

Is there any1 here that said to hell with 7search and made bank somewhere else?

I'm actually getting desperate now.

High conversion offers = a lot of competition. Let me guess, you choose some apple product, bid high and probably you weren't top 3 bidders for the keywords??

If you are getting low conversions CHANGE THE OFFER. If you are getting low impressions bid higher, etc. Before you spend 75$ spend like 20$, pause the campaign, ask for help (lukepeerfly or this forum), see what your doing wrong, and do it right! 7search is not 'trash' because there are people making money on it, which means there is a profit to be made.

The best way is always test 10 different campaigns (different offers) at the same time.
it's common that only 1-2 out of 10 campaign will have good potential to be profitable.

Sorry to hear about your campaigns. I typically suggest about $5-10 per campaign for testing. Were you bidding on expensive/competitive keywords?

              Hey all,

I wish it was for reasons beyond negativity that I must respond to you but I do wish to take a look at your respective accounts if you don't mind. Like some have said, depending on the offers you are running and the keyword competition associated with those offers it could cost much more money.

If you are already using the subid blocking feature, how many blocks have you made thus far?

Some say you should run 10 offers at a time. I would tend to think that if you focused efforts on one at a time it might make better use of your money rather than trying to tweak multiple campaigns at a time. Just a thought.

Certainly want to make sure every one takes advantage of my availability to discuss their campaigns with them before throwing the proverbial "baby out with the bath water."

Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

              Brad

I've began to speculate if that all these people that surface claiming they profit off of 7search are actually telling the truth.

I know many people in the industry, and not one of them have ever once had success with 7search. In addition, I only primarily see people having unsatisfactory results from this traffic source on forums etc. My experience with them also confirms that if you want to start getting profitable, don't even bother with them.

To the people that actually somehow by some miracle make money off of 7Search, I bid you much respect.

All those people who say 7search is trash , well let me tell you something one year ago i started off CPA from yahoo answers because i had not even a single buck to pay for traffic and from there i made money in first month and was able to invest $25 + $25 bonus from brad ,From there i started my business what was difference between me and 7search is trash people that i was n`t doing offers every one is doing there i went for something different call me fool but i have had great success with offers where i was paying $1-$2 per click .... yes let me tell you if you are thinking to promote apple related offers they do suck ...too much competition ... and from there i made enough money to invest in bigger ad networks ... Promoting offers is not just setting up your ad and forgetting them .. its much more than that and i still use 7search and i still have my offers running there ...

when you are testinga campaign never spend more then 3 times the value of the payout. So if you were running a 2 dollar zip submit then if after 6 bucks of spending and not one conversion then you shut it down

I personally believe 7search is too saturated. I think only those who are willing to "risk" a lot in the testing stage can make a lot of money, but not a lot of people are willing to do that they have trouble.

  • Yeah definitely split test a couple different campaigns before you go all in on one.

Seems 7search if you dont know what you are doing, and most newbies dont, is very difficult to master, much more difficult to master than lets say leadimpact. Why people recommend newbies to tackle a tricky traffic source like 7search, is beyond me.

      This is why:

1- You can direct link, in LI you need to build a LP, and split test them, not everybody can do that.

2- Cheap clicks, some times at 1 cents, and that's a CLICK not a view.

3- It's not "difficult to master", you just need to block bad sources of traffic, and yoo do that by tracking...
