Which ad networks allow direct linking?

AD NETWORKS

So far I only know of 7search. Are their any others who allow the destination URL to be an affliate link instead of a LP?

apart from 7search you can do direct linking with pof,Facebook ads and adperium or use buysell ads

Facebook ads, really? I did not know that, they tend to be difficult over approval though?

Yes you can direct link on facebook. It just depends on what you are going to promote. Dating , games etc are totally cool to direct link where other stuff won't be approved as easy.

I am thinking of just doing this using prettylinks - mydomain.com/afflink

yea that should be fine if you redirect your domain to offers and you can use email submits too .. for me i got them easily approved

Thanks for kind words bro . Before going into budget let me tell you something when talking about Facebook ads , Most important thing is demographics research this is most important because all we need on fb and pof is high ctr. Once you know your targets than you won`t have much difficulty, IMO 250 is enough to get you started split test different ads and select one which works out best for you with high ctr.
Key is stick to one niche and don't give up till u succeed i have seen many people give up after they don't see any conversions and start promoting any other niche and again same happens and this way they only lose their money instead of correcting their mistakes they simply change niche etc ... .

I never had a problem direct linking with adcenter

It was about four months ago though so that may have changed
