Maxbounty and 7Search screwing me up???

So i started a campaign with 7search PPC and Maxbounty today.

So far as my experience goes Maxbounty stats update almost immediately, but I have had 15 clicks in 7Search but none of those have shown up in my Maxbounty report.

Anybody have anything to say on this?

I'm at a loss...

    7search traffic generally has poor converting traffic so you're gonna need to really do a lot of testing with your keywords and ad copies.

    also with your clicks, they may not show up in max bounty if the offers werent completed.

    Have you rotated the same offer with other networks?
    Are you tracking your campaign keywords, blocking bad traffic sub ids and optimizing your campaign?

    If yes and you're doing ok with 7search, then you should run the same offer with another network and compare the conversion rates.

    IMO, you should test the offer until it costs you the offer payout amount at least to judge the performance (some people will tell you 100 clicks at least).

    You can also change the keyword matching to phrase match to get more targeted visits and of course you should pick the most targeted keywords related to your offer and not such generic keywords which receive high traffic volume but in vain.

    Click has nothing to do with offer conversion buddy. Click are just clicks. The stat's may show up little later as maxbounty seem to have a lot of issues recently. Don't worry, it will show up in time.

    hmm they still haven't shown up. I produced my own clicks myself and they showed up immediately...

    Could it possibly be because of my RID tracking? I have it set up, but I'm not sure I set it up right. I created a callback URL using ###KEYWORD###-###AFFID###-###RID### and then used the callback URL as my link.

    Am I doing this wrong? I've already had 7search set up RID blocking for my account

    Are you direct linking or using a lp ? If you are using a landing page, it's normal because the suffer may not click on your offer url.

    7search has a lot of fake traffic which you need to optimize off. make sure you track all the sources accordingly so you can see which source it is.

    Click tracking between two sources rarely, if ever, matches 100%. Some of the clicks you purchased may have been IP filtered because they are from a country the campaign doesn't allow. Even if you are purchasing traffic only from the country (or countries) allowed on the campaign, the logic behind two IP filters rarely matches perfectly. Also, sometimes the surfer abandons the browser before a click is tracked on both sides. A small discrepancy in click stats is expected and normal.

    You wanting to make money with 7search is hightly hypothetical.
    You can't expect the best from a "third party ppc services" like 7search.

    It's one of two issues:

    1.) Your link is wrong.

    or

    2.) Stats for all systems are NOT real time. 7search might show clicks but they haven't showed up in MB yet. It happens. People think all stats are real time for everything but that's rarely the case.

    ok so 43 clicks and it looks like none of them showed up in maxbounty (it does show 13 clicks in maxbounty, but I'm pretty sure I produced all of those myself).

    I DID forget to target only the United States in 7search, but i doubt ALL of the clicks would be from foreign countries.

    However I'm going to unpause my campaign (I paused it when my clicks weren't showing up), and I'm going to see if changing the country targets fixed anything.

    the whole thing with 7search is getting more and more interesting day by day! I might implement it on some of my websites to test it as a publisher first. Anyone knows if google permits it (i guess not but...)?

    Ok I targeted the US and I re-tested my affiliate link and clicks that I produce show up almost immediately in maxbounty.

    Nevertheless I have had 8 more clicks in 7search and none of them have shown up in Maxbounty

    Any ideas? I'm getting desperate

      you probably mean that you are getting the clicks but there are no conversions right?

      well thats what EPC is... statistics! if EPC is 0.10$ and the successful convertion for the action is at 1.40$ then you need (statisticly) to have 14 clicks and the 15th click will PROBABLY complete the whole submission and makes that a successful convertion for you!

        actually i don't mean that I'm getting clicks, but my those clicks aren't even showing up in the maxbounty stats

      It's the weekend, I know we're all expected to live on our computers and answer things the second they're asked but I'm sure Jessica will get back to you on Monday. Sending her a PM on a 3rd party forum is probably the least effective way to get her too. Email her or hit her up on skype!

        yeah well i guess i was just having a noobrage moment

        if she replies on monday yeah i'll keep using maxbounty, i mean, i've made good money with them in the past.

        but the main reason i'm applying to peerfly (even though i didn't say this before, i probably should have) is so that i can find out if the problem is with 7search or with maxbounty

    I have used 7Search for three seperate campaigns and the quality of traffic was not good at all IMO...Over multiple adjustments and changes to the campaigns, I think I ended up with one tiny conversion, so I moved on. I also found it very hard to get a affiliate manager to get back to me to discuss my campaigns, but they were always able to send out tons of emails reminding me I had no money left in my account.

    7search is great you just have to use some type of tracking to see whats good or bad, trash what you do not need and you should see positive results. I'm sure max bounty should get back to you its the weekend after all.

    I did manage to get a few conversions with 7search for maxbount campaigns, but after my funds ran out in 7search I haven't refilled. Was barely making a profit, and it didn't scale as I wanted. Too bad I havent reached the treshold on maxbounty for payout, will need to work on my CPA promotions again soon
