Tell him the truth why the product is being sold ? Will he buy ? No, its obvious scammers will always lie about the product.

A true product does not need marketing. It creates buzz about itself automatically.

They are rebill type offers, where you can cancel the agreement but the crooks don't send the product till the last date of the cancellation, so you are unable to cancel it.

Also, deceptive marketing is different from creating the buzz. There is major difference between them. People who do marketing always get commission behind it. On the other hand, a product giving 100% value of its price always creates buzz about itself.

Never said deceptive marketing and creating buzz are the same thing. I disagree with your statement that quality products create a buzz automatically. That is not true IMO. People responsible for marketing may make it look like that, but without marketing there will be no buzz. Big corporations would not have their marketing departments or hire marketing guys if quality alone were sufficient.

Big companies don't pay their marketing section affiliate commission. That's where difference lies. When you start getting affiliate commission, you really don't think about the values of the product. Don't you think why FTC is chasing CPA networks now and not before ?

So basically what you are saying is that the offers are bad, right? Or do you question Dr Oz about the benefits of the fruit?

There are companies that you need to stay away from, but the problem is that affiliates usually can't tell which company is good until the damage is done.

This is why you need to buy the product yourself first. Go through the process that your customers would go through and see if it's trust-worthy or not.

There are many legit **** berry companies that sell good products to people believe it or not. Just need to know how to spot the bad ones and stay away from those.

I have no personal grudge against Dr Oz or any other person involved with such offers. The main problem is, affiliates are promoting these offers without any sense of ethics. If the offer would have been compltely trial offer, that would be a different case.

Buddy, complaints take totally different shape when you are scammed money out of your pockets. My whole point is based on deceptive marketing, not on complaints. The reason I pointed site to you was to check what people were reporting. And regarding the Vista Printing Cards, yea, that is in my ****list too for deceptive marketing.

Again I want to clarify, its not a personal grudge against a personal or group. My whole point is, how deceptive marketing is working and people have just sold their ethics to earn money in this world.

When you made this statement, it says marketing and doesn't mention affiliate marketing anywhere. And my argument was based on that.

Affiliate marketing has its flaws. The screening process is minimum to none. So anyone can call themselves a marketer and they do. When I first heard criticism about internet marketers, I thought that was unfair. Now that I know better, part of the community deserve that and unfortunately the whole community suffer.

I do Agree with you and i do avoid such kind of offers but seriously it depends on a person himself , I do give value to my visitors and do try my bets to offer them best product/solution to them believe me i am very picky when it comes to promote offer and i do promote only good brands and guess what my conversion rates are always high I do love offers like omaha steaks( my best converting offer ) , etc etc etc. We do have some really good offers and brands on CPA networks too (for those who think Networks only have scammy offers ) and omaha steaks is just an example

You are wrong, those products don't rely on CPA model. And if such products are really good, they just need initial marketing, not rebill type scammy offers.

Do yourself and favor check the complaints regarding **** Berry products (v1 of this so called Raspberry Ketones.)

You are just trying to fool yourself in order to protect your own ethics.

Using bogus claims, fake testimonials and slick marketing tricks, companies have sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of **** berry supplements. They often use the "free trial offer" to snag customers.

This is what mentioned on Msnbc.com. You compare this product with apple products ?

These are the words you used, They are not right, even the newest marketer/advertiser knows that. I didn't say a thing about CPA, I simply responded to your assertion which is a common mistake.

And successful products require constant marketing not just to create an initial buzz, Coke's being going for decades and still advertises.

As far as fooling myself to protect my own ethics, you neither know me nor my ethics. And I made no commentary on either **** berries or the marketing thereof.

You are trying to cover your own mistakes by creating arguments that have no basis in reality.

Think for a moment, why the marketing of **** Berry has died, while Coke is living for decades ?

Umm not sure if youve noticed but affiliates and networks everywhere are being sued over the **** stuff I'm gonna guess that this time around everyone will be careful.

The FTC has already filed suit against 10 networks and issued dozens of CID's to other networks. Anyone who ran **** stuff is in the crosshairs and while the huge mega companies can afford a 10 million dollar fine the rest of us cant

Pace Latin did a bit write up about a lot of companies that got sued and some of the ones that are being CIDd

You may forgot that its not only Raspberry keytones but also Dr OZs' buzz is also for Green Coffee Bean extracts weight loss supplements too.But this time most of the advertisers have come up with CPS products and not CPA,and strictly following FTC rules.So its not easy to bank,unlike the **** rebill offers

Yup, my Ketones offers are converting like crazy! I'm promoting free trials (only $3.99 for shipping costs) and raking it in. YouTube is smashing it.
